Senior Group Manager - Operations

Position :

As a Senior Group Manager, you will lead operations for an executive search client practice within Consulting and Professional Services (CPS) vertical of WNS.

You will maintain full-cycle involvement in high priority search assignments, client relationships, business growth, employee satisfaction and overall operational excellence.

You will manage and grow our team of associates, analysts and team leaders working as researchers, data managers and sourcing specialists. You will be directly involved in the management of internal systems, tools and processes.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the process and team

- Maintain and enhance a high quality delivery mechanism

- Develop meaningful, productive, deep and long term relationships with strategic clients and grow client relationships

- Maximize team production by working to improve recruiting focus, systems, process and metrics using six sigma approach and other quality tools

- Track, measure and manage individual and team performance and provide regular reports, summaries and analysis

- Prepare and conduct team meetings

- Identify, recruit, assess and select the finest talent and further develop, manage and retain talent

Requirements :

- Demonstrated and obviously exceptional talent in developing and maintaining client and employee relationships

- Expert skill in the full suite of modern methodologies, systems, best practices/processes, metrics and management
