Job specification: Candidate is required to manage service delivery for a 50 to 70 FT engagement. Should have the ability to achieve best in class service levels and deliver continuous improvements. Should be able to handle client interactions and meet their expectations.

Qualifications:

- Education: B Com, CA, CWA, CA Inter, CWA Inter, MBA Finance

- Years of experience: 11 to 16 years

- Prior experience of managing F&A (P2P, O2C, R2R scope) engagements for airline clients in BPO industry

- Should have transitioned processes

- Independently managed a team of 60+ resources

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Take 100% ownership and enforce operational rigor via., daily huddles, backlog clearance, work allocation, process control checks, critical tasks management, escalation management, prevent errors, effective communication, etc.,

2. Work with quality teams and improve process performance - via., internal / external accuracy mgmt., root cause analysis, corrective plans, feed backs, control sheets, check lists, update WIMs, etc.,

3. Work with team leads and HR teams for hiring, incentive planning, employee engagement initiatives, employee issue management, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans and other people centric items

4. Training impetus - leverage training infrastructure and quality framework to up skill resources

5. Work with WFM teams and publish MIS, performance reporting, weekly and monthly dashboards / presentations -

6. Work with IT/quality team on the continuous improvement opportunities

7. Manage billing, headcount reconciliations, seat utilization, shift management and other internal P&L hygiene

Preferred - Candidates from Aviation Industry working on Finance & Accounts

KRA's and outcomes of the above responsibility would be centered around:

- SLA performance management

- P&L / Margin targets

- Attrition / Employee satisfaction

- CSAT

- Meet Continuous Improvement targets
