WNS - Senior Consultant - Solutions - Retail/CPG Vertical

Job Description:

- Lead solution design for all opportunities in Retail, CPG, Manufacturing vertical

- Coordinate and manage responses to RFPs / RFIs

- Work closely with Sales, Transition and Operations teams to understand requests for services and ensure bid management team delivers to a high level of internal customer satisfaction

- Responsible for target achievement & growth of the vertical

- Responsible for planning and coordinating various stages in marketing, client acquisition and presales.

- Developing marketing & networking channels to create new service offerings, business and opportunities.

- Responsible for problem definition, ability to analyze the customer/client requirements, issues, pain points and provide appropriate solution. Work with relevant stakeholders in order to define and document the problem and develop the high level solution to solve large/complex issues, supports/owns the problem definition and documentation.

Should have flair for understanding, constructing the client/customer As is Requirement Gathering and provide bundled solution that addresses Process Detailing/Architecture/Design needs.

Qualifications:

- MBA (required)

- BE (preferable) / Any other graduate qualification

Competencies:

- Understanding of BPO services and operations

- Understanding of outsourcing relationship models, pricing models, Service Level development

Work Experience:

- 8-10 years, of which at least 4+ years in the BPO industry in Retail / CPG vertical

- Experience in Retail / CPG industry in addition to BPO is desirable

Technical Skills

- Well versed with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
