WNS - Senior Consultant/Senior Technical Lead

- He/ she should be a post-graduate or graduate with at least 12 years of professional experience in a variety of business environments with hands on experience in Microsoft technologies stack. 

- Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, good knowledge of project life cycles and the ability to work in a team environment. Candidate must have experience with interaction with senior management stakeholders.

TOGAF certification is good to have.

Financial Domain understanding is good to have.

The person should have good experience of working in Agile environment and should live by the principles.

Skills Required : 

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

- Exposure to cloud provisioning and architectures, preferably Azure

- Exposure to CI/CD DevOps tooling and practices

- Experienced in implementing automated testing especially at the lower tiers of the pyramid

- In terms of front end it's a secondary concern but if they have it a experience with SPA libs and frameworks in particular

- Experience with .NET Core is must

- Experience with the functional paradigm would be a differentiator

- Experience with application profiling and performance analysis.

- TOGAF certified will be good to have

- Experience with managing a team of at least 10 or more people

- Delivered large engagements (at least 3000 person days or more)

- Expertise in Microsoft but exposure to other technical stack will be useful

- Experience in setting up development guidelines and ensuring adherence

- Very comfortable with Agile. Understands the nuances.

- Experience with latest Dot Net frameworks and micro services

- Exposure to front end technologies will be useful

- Excellent communication - verbal and written. Ability to interact at senior management level.
