Sr. Consultant - Governance, Risk & Compliance Capabilities

Role :

- Responsible for building new capabilities in the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, SOX 404 & Clause 49 assistance.

- Responsible for working with core business and operations teams in overall client service delivery along with conducting consulting assignments in the area.

- Develop a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities.

- Assist in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.

- Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and guides operations team members.

- Builds valued relationships with clients & internal peers.

Responsibilities :

- Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as Financial Services, travel, manufacturing, retail & consumer products, insurance, health care etc. in providing risk management and compliance solutions

- Drive the business development process on new & existing client engagements by providing domain consulting in GRC areas, design innovative solutions as well as build new capabilities in the nature of BPO & KPO for GRC aligned areas

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines.

- Assist Relationship Managers & Sales team in driving the account management agenda by focusing on high impact opportunities.

- Create innovative insights for clients, adapts methods & practices to fit operational team needs & contributes to thought leadership documents.

- Contribute to new solution development.

- Conduct knowledge sharing discussions & contribute to WNS thought leadership.

- Represent the company in various industry conferences and associations - network with individuals, contribute to key discussion items and explore business opportunities.

- Demonstrate subject-matter & industry expertise (deep understanding of the industry, emerging trends, issues/challenges, key players & leading practices).

- Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects & internal initiatives by leveraging on lessons learned from other projects.

- Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with diverse team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Project management skills

Academic qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant/Certified Internal Auditor/Masters in Business Administration.

Experience :

- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in risk advisory/regulatory compliance/ related internal audit experience/external audit experience in big 4, KPOs or related business experience.
