Key Responsibilities: -
The role will involve working on F&A Practice Development across industries by Introducing new offerings & models, Support delivery and presales for solutions, Execute Pilots, Develop, plan and execute training initiatives, Drive innovation, Support RFP/RFI, White Papers, Analyst connect and Develop collaterals on competencies
- Development and deployment of solutions and transition framework for WNS F&A practice.
- Lead pre-sales initiatives like RFP / RFI responses, developing marketing collateral for WNS F&A offerings.
- Driving response to pursuits with key differentiation, executive summary, solution architecture, effort estimation, pricing, risk management, governance, delivery and engagement approach.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to map sales and awareness of our services by identifying prospects and opportunities.
- Working with existing accounts and delivery leaders for cross selling F&A and mining the existing accounts.
- Developing technology solutions for F&A offering (Workflow, Document extraction and capture, ERP adapters etc.) and manage carrying out proof-of-concept projects/pilots for prospective clients.
- Be part of Transformation initiatives
An Ideal Candidate -
For this role, An ideal candidate would have a combination of Strong Strategic though process having background in solutioning, operational/delivery experience + relevant Technology experience + some form of consulting experience + experience in working with a broader ecosystem of partners/alliances etc.
