Job Description:
- Ownership, responsibility and accountability for creating winning solutions
- Lead the solution design and co-ordinate with all functions that provide relevant inputs to the solution (pricing, technology, transition, etc.)
- End-to-end responsibility for conceptualizing and preparing high quality deliverables required during the sales cycle, including thought leadership. Typical deliverables include client presentations, proposals, response to RFP / RFI documents, etc.
The role may also involve:
- Partner with the business unit on strategy and support new offerings
- Participate in consulting / diagnostic studies
- Collateral development
- Lead, coordinate client visits to various comapny locations
Required Candidate Skills:
- Graduate with prior experience (7 yrs.) in travel ISB solutions
- Good travel industry knowledge
- Analytical mind-set - Ability to understand customer requirements and architect the appropriate solution
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task
