WNS - Senior Consultant/AVP - Solutions - Research Services - BPM

Job Responsibilities:

Create customized solutions which address client business constraints and leverage strengths of our Organization.

Propose delivery alternatives which address risk and investment appetite, stand out against industry competition and increase chance of our Organization's success in bid process.

Sales Support - Understand total solutions, Opportunity Assessment, Analysis of RFP/RFI/RFQ Documents, Discoveries & Scoping Workshops, Interview and collect requirements directly from clients / prospects, present capabilities, lead or act as Subject Matter Expert, Create scope documents, Design global delivery models, Create Work Orders/Change Orders for existing customers, Establish business architecture

Functional Experience:

7-10 years of experience of working in a research based KPO

Excellent understanding of industry research, company research, business intelligence and financial research and key platform leveraged ( Hoovers, Factiva, etc)

Understanding of KPO competitive landscape in India

Preferable have worked in solutions/bid management role

Logical and rational thinker with willingness to learn new domains/subjects

Exceptional document ( doc and ppt) writing skills

Good stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple deals/projects at same time

Worked in quick deadline driven environment

Apt at leading meetings/communication involving extended teams in multiple time zones and geographies

Education / Qualification:

Graduate / MBA

Span of Control: Individual Contributor
