WNS - Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager - Content Writer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and create content for all digital channels including company websites, blogs, online communication, social media, email and other digital properties

- Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing team to execute content marketing strategy

- Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization

- Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed or directed.

- Develop unique, new concepts

- Create and develop emailers and newsletters

- Check copy for spelling and grammar errors

- Be able to write with clarity and put ideas, concepts in words

- Help visualize and ideate new design concepts

- Ensure that timelines are met and that quality standards are maintained

- Helping in creating the content strategy for internal and external communication

- Helping plan, design and implement social media communication

Skills

- 5+ years of Content Writer, Copywriter or similar experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, communications, or related field

- Proven experience in working with the marketing communication team

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables

- Portfolio of published articles

- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics

- Succinct, fact-filled content, impeccable spelling and grammar

- Great research, organizational, and learning skills

- Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
