- Healthcare domain knowledge

- Must be Black Belt certified

- Well versed with stastical analysis - Minitab

- 5-6 years of experience in Process Excellence role, and overall should be 10-12 years of exp.

- RPA assessment knowledge

- Deliver Productivity targets and customer impact projects

- RPA initiative and assessment report out

- Drive Quality Assurance Framework experience across accounts

- Team Manager for QA and PE
