Customer Transformation Consulting - Leadership Role
- To lead and develop a team responsible for collaborating with customers to deliver great customer outcomes by understanding their business context and challenges and co-creating business solutions, offerings, and options to improve the customer's business performance.
- To lead the development of frameworks, practices, and approaches for providing transformation consulting and solutions to customers and to then drive the successful implementation of these projects for customers.
- To build strong and trusted relationships with customers and to design and deliver transformation solutions and plans involving strategies, operating models, technologies, data and analytics, automation, business process reengineering, etc. to deliver performance improvements which meet and exceed customer expectations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- To lead and deliver great customer outcomes and results
- Lead the development of a high performing team delivering transformation services and projects for customers
- Lead the development of frameworks, practices, and approaches for transformation to allow for quality application and consistency across customer engagements
- Lead customer consulting engagements to assess their current business context, challenges, and disruptions to develop business solutions which will improve business performance and risk management
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver value
- Customer communication and expectation management, designing business models, disruptive understanding and proactive solutions.
- Build a great team culture and build a strong learning environment including engagement reviews and retrospectives
- Lead team activities such as goal setting with the team to ensure effective and measurable performance assessments and reviews and provide feedback
Desired Skills :
- Minimum work experience - 15 - 20 years
- Educational qualification: Graduation in any stream and MBA / PGDM
- Value add / Professional qualifications and experience in areas such as consultancy, strategy, technology, and operations improvement approaches, disciplines, and practices
- Should have experience working in BPO / ITES
- Should have global Stakeholder management experience
- Should be a leader and team player who has an experience of handling a team of 10-15 high potential and quality professionals working in transformation and consulting with a broad range of skills and experiences
