Solution Development

- Design and develop data analytics and reporting solution

- Develop and implement analytics algorithms / data processing workflows

- Project scoping and requirement analysis

- Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues

Delivery

- Ensure delivery of engagements by meeting (and exceeding) customer expectations

- Provide consultation for solution design and best practices to customers and internal employees

- Prepare Estimation and Pricing for customer and internal projects

- Lead small to medium size projects, and manage the execution by planning project activities, assigning tasks to team, tracking and monitoring the tasks, and working with close coordination with the project manager

People Management

- Manage team of 15+ people; groom analytical resources, track performance, provide regular feedback

- Provide training and support for internal employees and customers

Requirement

- Overall 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics and Data Reporting for Pharma clients.

- Strong experience in analytics with hands-on experience in US pharma commercial data

- Experience of client management is a must

- Should have knowledge of data processing and mining tools like SQL, SAS, R, Alteryx, VBA

- Strong working knowledge of reporting tools - Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc

- Exposure to pharma data is necessary; working knowledge of commercial analytics- data, patient data, specialty data is very important
