Duties and Responsibilities:
- An experienced HR professional dedicated to driving transformation within HR Shared Services, with a specific focus on Employee Experience.
- Should have proven knowledge and expertise in designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize processes, streamline operations, and enhance HR service Delivery.
- Creating value and efficiency through data-driven strategies, technology integration, and continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in how we deliver our services to employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Analyses and revises current HR processes to more efficient ways of working and contribute to the design of a delivery model for the HR services.
- Undertake HR/ HRIS / Process assessments, critically examine alignment of technology & process elements against key functional priorities, develop recommendations and advise on appropriate strategies, governance, architecture, and innovations to optimize Operations of the HR function.
- Explore ways to increase effectiveness and reduce costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies; participate in the selection, design and implementation of technology-enabled HR solutions.
- Contribute to building the foundation for new HR capabilities like process automation and employee experience; deliver engagements that advance strategic HR transformation for the organization; develop and maintain HR Functional relationships and lead projects from planning through execution.
- Provide Insights to the HR Leadership About the Market Best Practices on HR Process & Employee Experience Transformation.
Qualifications:
Education : Minimum Master's Degree (HR preferable).
Systems Knowledge : Prior Experience of SAP Success Factors, Automation Tools, MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps etc.), Knowledge Of AI Tools. Certifications Preferred along with Familiarity with Generative AI & Predictive AI
Experience :
- At least 10 years of experience in the HR function of which 5+ Years' experience in HR transformation, operation model design, HR process, Automation/Digital Transformation is required.
- Rich functional and industry knowledge to diagnose complex issues and developing appropriate recommendations.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in quantitative qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management. Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
