WNS - Head - F&A Training

Job Description:

- Lead and manage the learning and training initiatives for Business Unit – Major business includes offering end to end F&A services to Global clients. Interact with BU leadership to understand their training needs, and provide relevant solutions.

- Develop, revise and execute training programs that are in line with the overall corporate strategic goals.

- Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and techniques to update current training curriculum as appropriate.

- Monitor training results that include tracking information, costs and effectiveness and feedback for company training programs.

- Oversee and manage all training activities within the BU.

- Open to consider candidature from operations background on willingness to move into a core Training role
