Key Responsibility - Accountable for New Hire training, Nesting Performance during 30-60-90 days and overall knowledge management during BAU - Take direction from training lead and execute deliverables - Design process training plans with inputs from client SMEs - Conduct audits, calibration with QAs &amp; Training Need Assessment (TNA) for employees in BAU Operations - Conduct certification programs &amp; other developmental workshops for auxiliary trainers Must possess : - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare domain is a MUST - Proficiency in Medical Coding (CPC or an equivalent certificationpreferred) - Prior team handling experience is a must - Willingness to work in 24- 7 environment - Prior Training experience will be preferred Key Skills : - A dynamic self driven, well organized individual with leadership skills. - Sound business acumen and high level of attention to detail. - Superior communication / presentation and negotiation skills . - Excellent Client handling skills.
