Group Manager - Quality - Green Belt - F&A

Location: Pune - Weikfield.

Role : Team Role

Shifts : UK Shifts

Vertical : Travel Preferred / However if open to any vertical

New JD :

- All towers in F&A and it's primarily a TQ role with involvement in PE projects.

- Quality Role: 60%

Transactional Quality & Process improvement - 40%

Team Role - GB certified. /BB trained & tested/ BB certified Preferred.

Green Belt Projects: 2 Mandatory.

Black Belt Projects: 2 Mandatory.

Managerial level Profiles

JD :

- Should have managed Quality metrics and a team of Quality Analyst, AM - Quality and Manager - Quality.

- Strong credentials with a minimum of a Graduate; a post-graduation is a plus.

- Project management, analytical, and problem solving

- A self-starter, who is comfortable working in an environment far from regional or headquarters support, and inspires the trust and confidence of management

- Strong problem solving skills with an ability to derive innovative solutions, a hands-on decision maker.

Responsible for the following prime areas of work in Quality :

- Should have managed teams of process excellence, quality assurance, compliance and audit teams for the vertical business unit.

- Process Management : Should be able to create the organizations QMS and establish the same across the customer service unit. Establish the performance management system along with weekly and monthly reviews. End to end process mapping work done for special projects.

- Process audits : To Implement and run various auditing process from end to end process, new program transition, ISMS and compliance audits.

- New process transition : Initiate and run the new process transition approach right from process definition, performance management, process improvement and auditing.

- Operational Quality : Establishing processes of transaction monitoring, calibration and sign off for all operations teams as well as monitoring the same on a regular basis.
