The candidate should be a black belt certified and should be able to:

- Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve

a) Productivity

b) Quality

c) SLA

d) Revenue

e) Other metrics basis the requirement/opportunity

- Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive & influence improvement objectives

- Lead global projects in Operational Excellence

- Drives the Organization Excellence program for a client/clients in a site/across sites

- Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma & lean projects and drive it in Operations
