Key Responsibilities-
Job Description and Key accountability: ( Client Facing Role )
1)Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve : Productivity, Quality, SLA, Revenue Other metrics basis the requirement/opportunity
2)Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive & influence improvement objectives
3)Lead global projects in Operational Excellence
4)People manager for a team
5)Manage end to end Transactional Quality across F&A and HRO domain
6)Drives the OE program for a client/clients in a site/across sites
7)Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma & lean projects and drive it in Operations
Core Competencies:
1)Six Sigma Black belt certified with good knowledge of Lean practices
2)Strong knowledge of Quality principles and techniques
3)Needs to have worked in a Third party environment & have good stakeholder management
4)Certification in ISO, PMP or other quality practices will be an added advantage
5)Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
6)Should have worked in F&A (P2P, R2R or O2C)
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Candidates with F& A Projects Experience Mandatory However AP - P2P Projects experience Mandatory
2. Candidates that have done F&A projects in India However Ops Prefers candidates that have Supported Global F&A Program - Multi Geo's for client and Multi Delivery site globally for provider - (Global F& A Contract.
3. Certified Black Belt (From Institute), Core Location Mumbai and Pune will be first Preference
4. Local Candidates Preferred for Mumbai - 1 Position & Pune - 2 Positions
5. Total experience of Experience: 7 -8 years (minimum 3-4 years of experience in F&A (AP/AR/GL) Process Excellence role
6. 1) should have lead & mentored Black Belt & Green Belt Projects.
7. Travel required: 3-Sometimes, Willingness to work in shifts, IC Role - Client Facing, UK Shifts: 1 PM - 2 AM
