WNS - Group Manager - Organization Effectiveness/Talent Management

Looking for an OE lead who can Design, Implement and Execute organization-wide projects/initiatives

- Work on organization-wide Talent Management, Digital, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand needs and partner in developing plans for the implementation of projects.

- Work on various benchmarking initiatives to understand industry trends and multiple dimensions of organizational effectiveness and people practices.

Qualifications

- MBA in HR Fulltime
