Group Manager Operations for UK Insurance Process

Roles and responsibility :

- Design the Operations Strategy for the process

- Monitor process for TAT and Accuracy

- Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessions

- Ensure that Frequency and Event based feedback for the team is complete

- Assist the Operations team in the customer compliant & resolution process for the teams

- Complete the regular performance review with the team

- Monitor MIS for all teams handled

- Review of supervisor performance based on data with areas of development

- Ensure that the SLA meets the Client requirements

- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives

- Manage project billing in coordination with Finance and MIS.

Experience :

- Candidate from the Insurance Background with experience in handling Insurance and Finance operations.

- Lloyd's Market experience is required

- Candidate should have handled AMs and DMs

Shift Timings : 11.00am till 11.00pm window.

Location : Pune ( SP Infocity, Phursungi )
