For more information, visit www.wns.com  Job Description  Location: Gurgaon  Span of Control: Individual Contributor   Functional Experience:   8-10 years of experience of working in a research-based KPO/Captive or a BPM organization  Understanding of the outsourcing competitive landscape in India  Excellent understanding of industry and company research, business intelligence and financial research leveraging key information sources (Thomson, Hoovers, Factiva, etc.)  Preferably have worked in a solutions/bid management role  Exposure to Marketing and Business development in a research/consulting/knowledge-based environment   Exposure to CRM systems like SalesForce  Logical and rational thinker with willingness to learn new domains/subjects  Exceptional document (doc and ppt) writing skills  Good stakeholder management skills  Ability to handle multiple deals/projects at same time  Worked in quick deadline driven environment  Apt at leading meetings/communication involving extended teams across multiple time zones   Education / Qualification: Post-Graduate/MBA preferred  Job Responsibilities:   1. Support growth strategy for the Consulting & Professional Services vertical, enabling identification and capability development across new segments   a. Identify target industries/capabilities   b. Identify specific requirements in those industries  c. Building Target Lists (accounts to be targeted across these segments)  d. Develop solutions for the sector   e. Incubate customized solutions (with technical support from other capability teams)  f. Collateral creation for the various capabilities to be targeted for the particular sector(s)  2. Sales Support - Understand total solutions, Opportunity Assessment, Analysis of RFP/RFI/RFQ Documents, Discoveries & Scoping Workshops, Interview and collect requirements directly from clients/prospects, present capabilities, lead or act as Subject Matter Expert, Create scope documents, Design global delivery models, Establish business architecture  3. Marketing Support - Focus on WNS- partnership and participation with relevant forums from a CPS perspective covering Website presence and branding, Analyst community interaction, Events & Conferences, thought leadership pieces  Personal Attributes:   Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal) - should be able to communicate with various levels in the internal, as well as client organization, at the same time  Ability to represent our Organization at clients  Prioritizing and Organizing Skills  Ability to work with a team  Analytical and problem solving skills  Exposure to quality and understanding of quality resources & their requirements  Hands-on with MS office tools, other presentation & project management tools   Analytical and Logical Thinking  Reporting and Co-ordination Skills  Open to travel between locations  If you have some references which will be useful for us then kindly forward this mail to them.
