Brief Job Description:

- To drive improvement initiatives across WNS & at the client site as well to deliver step changes in performance of Business Processes/Operations

Key Accountabilities:

- Drive Improvement projects/activities across WNS

- Will be required to conduct audits in Operations and Enabling units

- Need to ensure that there is zero non-conformance in the external audits done by the agency

- Transfer the knowledge and skills learned during the expert training sessions to other employees.

Need to deliver specified number of training hours every quarter

- Redesign processes to suit the improvement plan

- Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation.

- Net work with other experts to exchange learning and good practices both internally and externally

- Remove barriers to progress

Job Responsibilities:

- The jobholder is responsible for running improvement initiatives across the company as well as at client sites. This includes identifying possible improvement opportunities, making improvement plans, implementing them, and ensuring handover to Operations, transfer knowledge and skills learned during the expert training sessions to other employees.

Work Experience (Mention No. of years):

- The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 7-10 years with at least 1 – 3 yrs in Quality domain/Projects

- Should have hands on experience in usage of Quality methodologies and techniques.

Knowledge / Qualifications / Competency:

- Certified Black Belt from a premier / reputed institute or organization

- Hands on experience on six sigma projects

- Have managed all the phases of DMAIC and has detailed knowledge on all the tools used in these phases

- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point, JMP & Minitab.

Special Role (Customer Specific Requirement)

- Willing to travel across sites & locations

- Accuracy & integrity in data handling

- Ability to work with people and teams of diversified / different priorities

- Ability to present/ address in public.
