WNS - Group Manager - Analytics

Role overview:

- The role is with the WNS Research & Analytics Team. Selected candidate will be responsible for Project delivery, Team Management, Client engagement, Manage contractual aspects of engagement etc. The role also requires excellent communication and presentation skills along with extensive experince in technologies like SAS/Other BI tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESULT AREAS

Primary Responsibilities

- Create and mantain project plans, manage service delivery, ensure all the project deliverables are completed as per timelines. Experience of working on SLA driven environment

- Manage project schedules, manage workload and liaise with customer on need basis

- Publish project status, performace and other reports to customer and internally on a pereodic basis

- Build a culture of identifying automation/efficicnency imporvement ideas in the project

- Effective team management

- Develop and maintain high degree of client engagement

DESIRABLES

- Must have at least 8-10 years of hands-on experiance on SAS/other BI tools

- Candidates should have excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to liaise with different teams to perform best practice sharing

- Should be okay to scale up on the following technologies: SAS/VBA/Xl etc

- Base SAS/Advanced SAS certified professional will be preferred

- Knowledge of Project Management

- Must have strong Quality Assurance focus

- Openness to learn/adapt new technologies as per the changing business trends/requirements

- An expert in Industry Best Practice and Data Protection
