JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Supply Chain Consultant to lead solution development across verticals in Retail-CPG, Manufacturing, Telecom, Media & Entertainment and Energy & Utilities

- SME guidance to GTP team for high profile RFIs/RFP/ RFQs

- Lead discussions with client COO/ CSO organizations

- Willing to travel onsite for client diagnostics on data granularity, reporting requirements and need for advanced analytics, provide guidance and build solution

- Build an incubation team to drive pilot solutions, transition to Vertical BUs

- Able to cross pollinate ideas across industry sectors

- Reporting into Senior Director

COMPETENCY/EXPERIENCE NEEDED

- Core competency- in 2 out of these 3 areas where s/he should have built an Line of Business / Enterprise wide solution

- Demand Planning

- Retail inventory management

- Network Optimization

CORE EXPERIENCE – 8 years in supply chain analytics

- Should have been a part of building a solution for any client with experience in data mapping ( taxonomy), defining performance metrics, constraints, event planning and forecasting

- Should be experienced in automating reporting through BI tools - prefer Microstrategy ( BI tool) or equivalent with smart phone reporting

- Preferred experience on working with Demand Signal Repository or a Retailer Supplier CPFR process( - - Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment process)

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE- Retail, white goods including home entertainment, printers, laptops and mobile phones
