Role :
- Manage and Lead PE deployment cycle across organizations
- Lead Transformation, Target operating model, RPA, Consulting/Client engagement initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Deliver focused results in a complex dynamic environment
- Participate and contribute to Quality Strategy
- Change management to drive process improvements and productivity
- Communicate with Operations leaders and influence quick decision making
- Monitoring of Quality SLAs and reporting
- Participate in client reviews and visits
- Prepare teams to comply to QMS and Risk Management compliance requirements
- Mentor Six Sigma and Lean improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Applicant needs to be Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified, MBB experience preferred, Exposure to Design Thinking, Machine Learning, NLP
- Exposure to multiple industry/verticals in BPO/KPO organisations
