Position : General Manager - Training (Training leader for Insurance vertical)

Location : Pune

Reporting To : Sr. General Manager.

Shifts : flexible

Travel : Frequent

- This role is a training leader role for Insurance vertical to manage multiple customers in Claims, General Insurance, P&C as well as London Market from a process training standpoint

- The leader will be leading several large insurance accounts with extension of team to be managed in Manila.

- Frequent travel will be involved to ensure customer centricity

- Will have a team of 5-6 Sr. Managers reporting directly to this leader

- The responsibilities will include ensuring smooth process trainings, migration of new business, Knowledge transfers from a functional training standpoint

- A leader looking for a challenge who brings transformation in their thought process with insurance domain and demonstrated experience in training will be ideal.

Experience and skill :

- Graduate/PG with experience in Insurance

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to create powerful presentations, business cases and training content

- Very resilient and lateral thinking capability.

- Strong stake holder and relationship management skills and dealing with senior executives.

- Previous experience in leading transformation projects in Insurance.

- Highly self-motivated, proactive and eager to develop new capabilities in evolving
