WNS - General Manager - Operations - F&A

12+ years experience of post qualification experience with solid Non - Voice Finance Operations background.

- Is currently working & has worked in the past across F&A domain (AP, AR & GL)

- Excellent knowledge of GL areas ( Reconciliations, Accruals, Month-end, Quarter end) with fair knowledge of Oracle Systems)

- Experience in Transitioning F&A processes

- Has worked with clients across Geographies.(EMEA, NA, APAC)

- Goal oriented with a thought process to synergize with multiple teams & drive results

- Skills to drive best practices across multiple regions with strong Quality & Analysis bent of mind

- Handled large teams - minimum 125+.

- Excellent presentation & communication skills
