WNS - General Manager - Legal

WNS is looking for a senior person who can oversee customer contracts, secretarial, compliance, in Mumbai location.

CS + LLB with 10+ years experience in a global company , preferably in a IT or ITES company.

LLB or LLM , + CS qualification.

With a company in the IT or BPM business or atleast in a service industry.

Job Description and Key Accountabilities:

Overall support to the General Counsel in all areas of legal functions: customer contracting, litigation, compliance & governance, vendor contracts, corporate secretarial & regulatory, meetings- board & shareholder meetings, M&A support, labour laws.

Min PQE: 10 years of relevant experience.
