Delivery Excellence:
- Owns service delivery of MIS reports. Ensures delivery excellence in alignment with strategy, focusing on efficiency, productivity, quality and Continuous Improvement
- To deliver a strong service within an environment that adopts and embraces a performance management system to support the businesses operations and Continuous Improvement
- Plans resource deployment and work allocation on both regular and adhoc requests. Delivers capacity plan to proactively manage demand from customers and effective resource deployment
- Manages demand from customers and effectively negotiates on what can be delivered vs bandwidth available. Effectively prioritizes demand in liaison with customer representatives.
- Adopts a methodical framework to estimate timelines and resources required for new demand, presents it to the client and gets client buy in
- Plays a vital role in issue resolution and root cause analysis and ensures necessary steps are taken as future preventive measures
- Ensures quality assurance and control over quality delivery on an ongoing basis
- Drives thought leadership on white papers, case studies, process improvement initiatives and takes it to completion
- Ensures span of control. Constantly remain cognizant of the changes and trends in the insurance industry and the impact of these changes on the daily activities
- Manages change and business dynamics and aligns team and work to the larger business strategy of the area aligned

Person Specifications: Skills & Knowledge/ Values and Behaviours:
- BE, BCom, BSC, MCA with MBA, PGDBA preferred
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of work experience in MIS/BI/R&A (preferably in Insurance domain)
- Proficiency in traditional Business Intelligence tools and applications, Excel, MS Access, VBA,
- SQL, and emerging tools BO, Tableau, Spire etc
