Role : Deputy Manager - Internal Audit Pune (Weikfield).   - 3-5 years experience.  Job Purpose :  - Effectively participate in the Groups Internal Audit function to ensure that the group adds value by providing an independent, cost effective and efficient internal audit services to all lines of businesses.  Duties and Responsibilities :  1) Execute and manage the audit assignments by performing field-work according to the planned audit approach and delivering quality work which is in line with Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) & WNS Group standards  2) Evaluate internal processes and controls, and prepare audit reports with value added recommendations to the management  3) Seek implementation of audit recommendations within timelines & escalate overdue issues pending implementation.
