WNS - Deputy Manager/Group Manager - Record To Report

- Should have mandate valid US visa

- Should have good experience in General Ledger

- Should have done end to end transition

Shifting timing - US shift

- Minimum 8+ years of progressive managerial experience (leading an accounting team)

- Senior management presentation skills on overall financial impacts of accounting work or project results

- Strong leadership skills

- Effective verbal/written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- High level of initiative

- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills

- 8+ years of advanced practical accounting knowledge, experience in preparation of balance sheet and income statements

- 8+ years of experience in performing in-depth analysis and research of accounting issues

- 8+ years of experience with forecasting, reporting, analyzing financial data, preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, and the development of financial & accounting reports

- Proficient in MS Office Suite of products
