WNS - Deputy Manager - Compensation & Benefits (6-7 yrs)
Job Profile :
- Working on analyzing the market data related to various job families. Should understand what are the different job families available.
- Handling external consultants.
- Managing bench-marking exercise.
- Handling performance appraisal cycle / or at least should have knowledge of how the appraisal cycle works.
- Managing huge data in excel and should be comfortable in managing and deriving analytics out of the same.
- Knowledge of excel macros will be an added advantage.
