Designation : Deputy Manager
Location : Mumbai
Job Description:
- Maintaining & managing Compensation globally across all geographies
- Managing & maintaining compensation data efficiently for all employees in the system.
- Assist the Manager in compensation planning, compensation budget setting and promotion cycle
- Facilitate the process of development and Implementation of Variable / Incentive pay plans
- Partnering with the HR Business Partner / Location HR to assist them with all rewards related queries
- Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries
Qualifications:
- Post-Graduation in HR or Graduation in any stream with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Should have exposure of Compensation & Benefits structure.
