Some of the key responsibilities for the Research Specialist will be:
- Identify areas of interest within client industry and build insights around them that are then communicated through various channels
- Drive thought leadership research projects including research planning, liaising with external research partners, development of research instruments, data analysis, content writing, and creation of promotion packages
- Build innovative and original tools, indices, quant driven consultative frameworks to guide decision making
Desired Skills and Experience
- Ability to understand business and technology trends across a range of industries and map them to WNS's messaging
- Ability to conduct quantitative & statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, and the effective communication of this analysis
- Ability to work with virtual teams, strong interpersonal skills enabling connects with people at various levels of seniority
- An eye for detail and the ability to prepare deliverables to high standards of quality
Qualification:
- Educational Qualification: MBA from IIMs, XLRI, FMS, ISB, JBIMS or Other Tier I institutes
- Years of Experience: 5-6 years post MBA
- Preferred Experience Backgrounds: Business Analysis / Market and Competitive Intelligence related functions / Consulting/Research & Advisory
