WNS - AVP - Research & Analytics based at Gurgaon

Domain: Mandatory - Research & Analytics; Additional - Insurance, Travel, CPG/Retail, BFS (These 4 domains are required). Other preferred domains are: Healthcare, Telecom, etc.

Position is based in: Gurgaon (Highly Preferred, since the team is entirely based there)

Overall Responsibility:

- Lead the process of defining, articulating and support the selling of Research & Analytics (R&A) propositions and solutions at WNS.

- Take a proactive role in embedding Research & Analytics into Industry-specific BPO offerings of WNS, and driving the Go-To-Market strategy for such embedded BPO offerings.

- Demonstrate sound thought leadership around Research & Analytics (R&A) best practices, models, frameworks, trends, etc.

- Support Business Units in building business plans, go-to-market strategy and help organization in executing it

- Work with Internal (Sales, Marketing) and external (clients, advisors) stakeholders to create demand and deliver industry-leading value propositions / solutions

- Work with Business Units to incubate new solutions through consulting, diagnostics, POCs etc and deliver successful outcomes

- Provide direction to the team on generating reports on company/competitor profiles, clinical trial mapping /analysis, forecasting, product benchmarking and licensing support

- Provide sales support in terms of writing proposals, providing time-effort estimates and creating samples/ demos/ prototypes

Desired Profile:

- Ideally person should have around 10 yrs experience,preferably from consulting/presales background in analytics space from vendor side(not captive).If he doesn- t have presales experience then he should be from delivery side of analytics.

- But having worked in analytics for last 3-5 years is mandatory with some knowledge of STats.

- Science/engr background must,MBA preferred. Some knowledge in BFSI/Retail/Travel/Utilities is necessary.

Must have worked with MS Office extensively and presented stuff.
