- Candidate with minimum 10 years of work experience in Solutions

Job Description:
- Lead the process of defining, articulating and support the selling of contact center propositions and solutions.
- Demonstrate sound thought leadership around contact center best practices, models, frameworks, trends, etc.
- Lead practice development in focus domains; Analyze industry value chain, identify retail related opportunities across the value chain, build solutions to address these opportunities.
- Support Business Units in building business plans, go-to-market strategy and help organization in executing it
- Work with Internal (Sales, Marketing) and external (clients, advisors) stakeholders to create demand and deliver industry-leading value propositions / solutions
- Work with Business Units to incubate new solutions through consulting, diagnostics, POCs etc and deliver successful outcomes
- Provide sales support in terms of writing proposals, providing time-effort estimates and creating samples/ demos/ prototypes.
