Job Description:-
- Should have handled at least 6 BPO Transition projects. Min 3 years in BPO Transition, having handled large and multiple transitions with different levels of complexity across location.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Should have some Quality, Opex, and 6 Sigma exposure, usage of tools, templates, trainings, or certifications Green belt / black belt preferred not mandatory.
- Good Stakeholder management skills.
- Sound communication & presentations skills
- Should have interacted onshore /managed international clients.
- Good understanding of BPO solutions & Transitions management. Sensitized with the challenges & issues of BPO project management and understands operations delivery needs, SLAs, KRAs.
- Basic understanding of designing/ facilitated Technology & telecom solutions for a BPO engagement.
- Good team player & Result oriented.
- Achieves targets milestones on Time' mindset.
- Done Knowledge Transfer management from onshore/ some exposure.
- Some understanding of project commercials, Transition costs, budgets
- Assertive
- Successful management of large/multiple transitions of clients’ processes in all domain
- Thoroughness of Project Planning – Risk, Issue and Milestone management
- Respond to RFI/ RFPs along with team
- Open to international travel upto 70%
- Should have a valid passport
