Responsibilities: - Develop new products and capabilities using big data analytics, AI, ML in Social media and customer interaction analytics - Own and manage existing products and capabilities - Manage client communication and deliveries - Lead and manage product and capability development team - Guide and mentor technical teams - Design Technical architecture of products and POCs - Project and product management - Perform role of technical lead and design solution architecture and technical architecture - Resolve technical challenges of developers - Present developed capabilities, use cases and products to various internal and external stakeholders Other essential Requirements: - Excellent understanding and hands on experience of big data platform and its components - Architect of at least 2-3 enterprise grade products on big data analytics, AI and ML - Experience in managing multiple clients, products, projects and POCs simultaneously - Should have lead product development teams with diverse skillsets Technical skills: - Java, Python, R, Scala - Web development frameworks, languages and tools - Good exposure on DL and ML algorithm development - Designing and estimating infrastructure solution on cloud (AWS/Azure) - MEAN stack (Mongo, Express, Angular and Node) - NoSQL databases such as MongoDB - ELK stack (Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana) - Big data landscape such as Kafka, Presto, Spark, - Text analytics and Social media analytics - Micro services architecture - API development and deployment
