Role Description: This is a strategic cum operating role as leader for an ITES Company in Research &amp; Analytics for&nbsp;Travel/ Airlines/ Aviation/ OTA practice. Incumbent will be responsible for solution development, POCs development &amp; delivery, account planning, P&amp;L, client servicing and team management. The Key responsibilities of the role will be as following: - Lead various engagement related to solution/POCs development and deliveries for new and existing clients for Travel &amp; Hospitality sector. - Consult client at associate, director, VP levels on key business strategy/ marketing/sales /channel and category management and generate insights/ develop analytical solutions leveraging client internal data and other market information. - Grow the practice and key client relationships by developing sound understanding of the client's business challenges, key stake holders, data available and way of absorbing analysis, overcome key off-shoring barriers to scope out the engagement. - Oversee operations of planning and executing the project work streams from proposal- execution-client work progress reviews-final presentation phases. - Provide thought leadership and guidance to operations team, coaching them on analytical frameworks, generating actionable insights and making business presentations to clients. - Championing clients and continue to grow the offshore Centre of excellence. Desired Profile: - Should have 8-12 years of Post MBA/Economics/Statistics from Tier1 institute experience in the analytics field having Set-up, led &amp; delivered Analytics projects. - Should be strong in data interpretation, analytical thinking, develop analytical framework. - Should have clarity of thought and communication. - Should have hand on experience in using emerging technologies (AI, ML etc), various statistical / other quantitative techniques and their applications to guide business strategy. - Experience in team building of knowledge resources is an added benefit, though not a criterion. - Should have strong knowledge of data mining and statistical tools (SAS, R, SQL, Python, etc) and techniques. - Exposure in working with cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc) is an added benefit, though not a criterion.
