Job Description for HR Analytics role:  - Provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of talent analytics, from sourcing to the onboarding of applicants  - Talent planning: Forecasting future talent needs of business areas  - Supply and demographic analysis: Forecasting availability of right talent for business needs  - Partner with the executive team, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, HR Communications, Compensation, Benefits, and other functions to understand and deliver on their data needs: from standard reporting, workforce planning support, to executive level analysis and recommendations  - Partner closely with IT to build the required system functionality to collect, analyze and present data  - Provide coaching and training on use and interpretation of metrics  - Manage data and systems analysts   Candidate Specifications:  Experience: 3+ years of Recruitment Analytics  Qualification: Graduate/UG (with relevant experience)  Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VB, Macros and database management.  Ability to appropriately plan and organize; administer and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the work flow of projects and activities.  Experience in Recruitment Analytics. Predictive analytics.   PeopleSoft experience will be an added advantage.  Knowledge of research methods and policy formulation; knowledge of benefits administration, pay administration, position classification, and salary surveying; knowledge of personnel selection, validation, performance appraisal, knowledge of merit principles and systems.  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with stake holders and team members  Resistance to stress. Ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively under stress; ability to perform effectively under competing and/or conflicting demands on time and self in a busy environment; skill and tact in dealing with others.  Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in pursuing departmental responsibilities. Ability to perform moderately complex research work.
