Candidate must be a Certified CA Accounting and Compliance's : - Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization - Responsible for monthly/yearly book closing - Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc. - Billing & collections process - Ensure adequate controls are in place Financial Planning and Analysis : - Assisting the Founders in weekly/monthly MIS Reporting - Analysing the variances from the forecasted numbers Taxation : - Assisting in the Corporate taxes including the tax audit - Assisting in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax Treasury : - Monitoring the day to day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows Other : - Interact with the Business Managers to identify, analyse and provide solutions to the business problems
