Job Title: Manager - MIS / ERP / APP Experience: 10+ years Location: Narsapura, Kolar Job Description: - Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software - Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required. - Assisting with system integrations - Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date. - Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures - Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business - Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organizations's systems - Coordinate priorities between IT department and other user departments, and ensure appropriate interdepartmental liaison is in place. - Communicate with customer and IT team for IT MIS related project scope. - IT MIS / ERP / App project execution and monitoring; as per global standards - Define and expand IT MIS related WBS and acitivity sequencing in the specified schedule. - Coordinate priorities between other IT functions, and ensure appropriate liaison in place. -Maintaining high availability IT - MIS related application and database to ensure a stable IT service continuity management. - Represent IT MIS / ERP / App related matters in cutsomer meets. - IT - MIS / ERP / App projects related issues related Root cause analysis to present in customer meetings. - Performing administrative / personnel functions. - Managing administrative functions for deputed business center. - Preparing MIS reports for Top Management - Responsible for Internal and external IT - MIS/ App / ERP related audit program - 30- 50% hands on activity; whenever necessary.
