Job Profile
- We are looking for someone who can coach, mentor, and manage a growing sales team, primarily focused on acquiring new customers within the North American market.
- The role would require working in the US time zone
Roles & Responsibilities
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Be responsible for end-to-end performance of the Wishup B2B sales division
- Define our growth strategy for B2B sales, with core components including inbound & outbound strategy, demand generation, product strategy, and target-setting
- Foster new relationships through outbound efforts
- Generate qualified B2B sales leads from various sources such as paid ads, SEO, email, marketing database, webinars, social media marketing, blogs, partners, and events
- Effectively manage resources needed to deliver profitable growth; including budgeting, optimizing fixed cost expenses, creating the optimal sales team structure, and designing the staff compensation and incentive programs
- Improvise upon existing sales processes and analyze each deal to improve conversation rates, number of closures each month, and ARR
- Define and develop brand new sales operations processes to ensure high output
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales planning efforts
- Hire and develop an outstanding sales team from the ground up
- Continuously develop team through skill development, coaching, and mentoring
- Set targets and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets
- Work cross-functionally to define sales tech infrastructure requirements and ensure successful implementation
You're a great fit if you have
- 7+ years of relevant experience in top tier B2B SaaS or services company
- Excellent knowledge of the North American market
- Deep understanding of prospecting, outreach, qualification, and objection handling within B2B SaaS
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
- Experience in leading a sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing, and coaching top sales talent
- Experience dealing with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal English communication skills

Mon-Fri, 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST
Mon-Fri, 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST
