Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Conversion:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

- Effectively close deals through strategic negotiation and relationship-building.

Client Communication:

- Communicate seamlessly with international clients to understand their needs and present our services effectively.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Market Awareness:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology.

- Leverage knowledge of IT services to position our offerings effectively in the market.

Numerical and Analytical Skills:

- Demonstrate quick numeric calculation skills for proposal creation, pricing strategies, and financial discussions.

Work Under Pressure:

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle work pressure effectively.

- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Job Requirements:

- Proven track record in business development, with 2 to 4 years of experience.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to clients.

- Thinking mind with good presence of mind

- Hard worker, hungry to learn and grow

- Familiarity with technology trends and IT services offerings.

- Experience in international client interactions
