Wishlink is a venture-funded, growth-stage startup, on a mission to redefine how people discover products and shop online - via creators and their content on social media.

- Curating the best products out of millions of choices available online

Team & Investors:

We're 3 founders, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, friends from college with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours. We have raised a seed round of ~$3M, led by Elevation Capital (marquee investor with strong consumer tech and products portfolio) and an amazing cohort of 60+ angel investors.

What would you be doing?

Watch Reels and YouTube videos every day & level up on your lifestyle game!

Own impactful problem statements on the Business side of things, ultimately leading to scaling Wishlink to 5X in the next 5 months. Problems include,

BPC PM : Cold start problems (0 to 1) - establish new categories and verticals

Telegram PM: Scaling problems (1 to 10) - establish scalable processes and teams

Get deeper into pressing Business Problems by:

- Working closely with the founding team to understand business goals and own business initiatives in alignment with the overall company goals

- Coming up with an overall strategy and then EXECUTING! Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document existing business processes and identify areas of improvement

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities

- Discover creator problem statements and come up with possible solutions

EXECUTE end-to-end:

- Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Take learnings from data and iterate on the overall strategy with very short feedback cycles

What we are looking for?

- If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media or eCommerce space - we like you already

- Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier-1 colleges Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- 2-4 years of experience as a Program Manager, Founder's Office, EIR, Chief of Staff at a fast-paced startup

- Strong ability to work independently, and build processes that scale

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Customer empathy & strong communication skills - the ability to get deep into how the customer thinks, understand their pain points and come up with solutions/ improve value proposition

- Very comfortable with handling large datasets and well-versed in data-driven decision-making - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL is a plus

- Awesome communication skills, to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration

- Open to learning new stuff (super important)

- Humble, kind, empathetic and open to feedback (super duper important)
