We are looking at onboarding Lead-Total Rewards with the primary responsibility of designing and implementing the compensation and benefits programs in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design the reward strategy and implement global rewards solutions to drive desired behaviours and results - Design an executive compensation philosophy to align compensation of key executives to the business strategy. This entails design of Long term incentive programs (eg.Stock Options) - Create and periodically review organization policies across the employee base. Organize regular feedback session with Leaders and Employees to continuously improve our policy framework in order to enable People Managers to deploy right culture and values across the organization - Designing the Performance Management System in line with best industry practices and driving a performance driven culture in alignment to our company's vision - Responsible for managing the goal setting process and annual reviews as a process custodian, working in partnership with Business HR to ensure adherence of timelines & processes defined - Implementing job evaluation framework for all unique roles and analysing gap to market for salary ranges - Define business Scorecards and KPIs for each role to drive desired results - Partner with HRBP's and facilitate the workforce planning process to determine any addition or reduction in manpower required in order to ensure the business is appropriately staffed, organized and manpower cost is optimized. - Interpret taxation, regulatory statutes and modify compensation policies to ensure compliance - Ensuring good governance and, to this end, audit from time to time KEY EXPERIENCES/QUALIFICATION - Should be a full time MBA from a reputed college - Should have at least 5 years of experience in handling Compensation & Benefits role - Can work in a startup and high performing environment KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED - High on Integrity - Passionate - Team Player - Good Analytical skills - Result Oriented
