Job Details :
- Proactively manage each customer's business needs and environments
- Identifying possible bottlenecks across the end-to-end transaction journey (right from merchant to payment gateway to bank)
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders' and liaising with them to develop sustainable solutions to ensure transaction success across customer facing merchants.
- Create strategic value-added analysis around growth opportunities, retention levers and core business metrics in order to drive better decisioning and results.
- Monitor, report and analyse Clients volumes and forecasts.
- Propose workflow/tooling changes to meet industry standards and engage in continuous improvement
Skills Required- 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced Gaming / E-commerce / Fin-Tech industry. Minimum 2 years experience in Payment Gateway is Mandatory.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success at all levels.
- Deep understanding, knowledge and interest in the gaming industry landscape.
- Good at Handling stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Highly data-driven with a commitment to progress. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
- Must be analytical, data driven and demonstrate keen observation skills
- Must be a self- starter with strong energy, passion and initiative and manage without extensive supervision
- Must insist on the Highest Standards of Customer Experience and deliver outstanding experience for the end customer.
