Wipro - Valuations Reporting Role - Private Equity

- Develop a good understanding of the investments for both Private Equity and Tactical Opportunity funds.

- Prepare the investment level reporting packages involving financial statements.

- Data collection, verification and analysis.

- Updating the valuation models with the current financials to calculate TEV, Equity Values, etc.

- Gross and Net cashflow reporting across all the funds.

- Calculation of fund performance metrics like TVPI, DPI, IRR, MOIC, etc.

- Handle valuation related projects for various teams.

- Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.

- Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.

- Handle any Ad Hoc requests that may come up.
