- Develop and execute sales strategy and tactics that maximize Wipro's opportunity within the customer environment. Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting and delivering on quota/target. - Consistently deliver targets (order booking) with commitment to the number and to deadlines. - Hunting & Key (existing) Account penetration, account planning and opportunity management. - Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI. - Use Wipro sales methodology and processes effectively. - Understands the various aspects and solutions in Enterprise Risk and Cyber Security - Understand how to leverage Presales, Delivery, Practice, and Vertical colleagues to expand deal size and value to the customer. - Demonstrated ability to manage solution based sales at multiple levels in our customer's organization - Excellent interpersonal skills to create and maintain profitable relationships with existing and potential customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ideal candidate should have : - Enterprise Hardware/Software selling experience to large enterprises. - Experience leading by example and building a book of business from scratch.
