Key Responsibilities : - To engage with the CEO, CDO and CXO's in organisations and gain credibility through Digital thought leadership and deep expertise in digital transformation. - Engage with CXO of enterprises to drive Business outcome driven digital transformation roadmaps across the LOB's and Functions like Supply Chain, Mfg, Finance, Marketing across enterprise. - Engage with customers in value engineering, design thinking workshop and define the digital transformation roadmap - Play the role of Principal Product owner in the client context to help Prioritize opportunity areas and translate the transformation road map into series of MVP's . - Would drive the Digital Maturity of the Client by adoption technologies /platforms like microservices, DevOps, cloud native adoption, blockchain, UX,Mobility, AI/ML etc. - Would drive the Change management with help of DevOps coach for movement towards productised and agile way of delivering the transformation roadmap - Network with key stakeholders at enterprise to get an insight into key initiatives, Craft Digital Campaigns to articulate how Wipro can help, pursue opportunities and bring them to closure. - Being in the Differentiating Wipro Digital capabilities and ecosystem strength to in client context and weaved into the transformation road map. - Conduct/Organize knowledge sharing sessions on all the - New Digital- offerings and drive adoption with customers - Build internal & relationship with key stakeholders in building digital portfolio of business. - Program Manage a agile team that would be responsible for realising the transformation Experience : - Individual should be part of large transformation opportunities for the last 4 years - Should have 8 - 15 plus years of experience with focus on consulting and customer management - Should be well versed with agile methodologies, DevOps - Good understanding of the digital technologies - Good knowledge about at-least 2 industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail and others - Lead in managing a team of 8 - 12 product owners .
